What size am I?

Please be sure to read each product bio & measurement information before purchasing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards. Stoop sales are done by Venmo or cash.

When will my order arrive?

Your order is packed and shipped within 1-3 days of your purchase. Please advise this when choosing 1-Day Shipping option.

  • Average delivery time for domestic orders is 3-7 business days.
  • Average delivery time for international orders is 5-10 business days via DHL only.

After your order is shipped from our warehouse, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries or undeliverable addresses.

If you have a question concerning tracking or shipping for domestic orders, please contact USPS.

Taxes & Duties are added to your DHL shipping option at check out and will not need to be paid for before arrival - if your shipping checkout has stated "taxes & duties paid". If you are not sure about this, please send us an email and we will let you know. If you are contacted via DHL to pay Taxes & Duties, we are not responsible for them as each country is different - if you choose not to pay them your order will be forfeited and not refunded. We apologize for any inconveniences.

We ship Monday - Friday, with the exception of USA holidays on Eastern Time.

Will I have to pay Taxes & Duties on top of my order?

Taxes & Duties are added to your DHL shipping option at check out and will not need to be paid for before arrival - if your shipping checkout has stated "taxes & duties paid". If you are not sure about this, please send us an email and we will let you know. If you are contacted via DHL to pay Taxes & Duties, we are not responsible for them as each country is different - if you choose not to pay them your order will be forfeited and not refunded. What currency do you charge?

My item is lost in the mail, what do I do?

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.

You are also responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address. Please email us immediately if you enter information incorrectly, we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet.

How do I take care of my items?

Care instructions are located in the bio information of each product.

What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?

We are happy to treat case-by-case for all damage inquiries.

How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

What is your return policy?

Case-by-case, some items may be only available for store credit.
